Book week

 Hi my name is Alana,

At my school we are doing book week and our theme is fairy tales. We had to stick our school photos on any of these pictures Bell from beauty and the beast, Tinkerbell, one of the three little piggys and humpty dumpty and we had to colour in the body.  Hi for writing I was supposed to write a story about what I thought it would be like in ten years when writing this I already had some ideas I really liked making this story because I was thinking about ten years in the future and how it would be like so it was a really fun thing to write.

Colombia

At school for inquiry we have been doing our culture and were we came from. I am from Colombia so I wrote about that country. It is still a work in progress but here is what I have done so far. I loved finding out more of were I was born. I lived in Colombia for most of my life. What country are you from? Were are your ancestors from? Were are you living now?

My A art work

 Hi my name is Alana and at school we have been doing art I loved to make these creations so much fun me and my friends helped each other with pattern ideas. We used bright colours. The blossom tree was also so much fun we used a paper straws to spread the black paint and some paint brushes to make the trunk and the blossoms, we could pick different art choices but I chose to make these. What colours would you use for your blossoms? What colours would you use for your diy background?

It was fun to make and I learnt a some interesting facts about the sky. Did you learn anything?

The hidden object

I was just walking around when I found a hidden object.It had yellow pencils with rubbers at the end. It also had two green wings and a little bag at the front. The bag was made of a weird material it felt kinda scratchy. It had a toy person inside and it looked just like me. She had brown hair, light brown eyes. She was also looking at me. She was sitting in the rusty thing that kinda looked like a plane. The plane had two propellers one was small and it went on the front of the plane and one was big and it went on the back of the plane. I pulled a string that was tied to the back and then the propellers started to turn and the plane was flying.

It was a little bit hard because I had to describe an object and I couldn't really find much adjectives to describe my object. But it was also fun to make cause I love to write. Do you like to write?

Amazing autumn writing!

12\2\2020 It was autumn and the leaves on trees were swaying down onto the ground. The sun was bright yellow the sky had a peachy tone and all the clouds had seemed to be fading, the grass was dark green and in the corner was a big grey rock where I sat watching the big round sun go down as it changed from day to night. It was all very calm. I could feel the crisp air on my skin, I could see the long wavy grass swaying from side to side, I could hear the birds chirping. Now that my head was clear I could finally get on with my race. I started my engine and rolled down the huge bumpy hills I had finished the track I knew I was ready.
